this customer has said that we said that we paid the driver, this is absolutely not true, since her cod goes to the driver and any balance owed by Flofield gets paid out of her deposit which was given to us. The 10% fuel charge was for the area that the truck traveled through. The customer was fully aware of the additional charge for the expedited service, and requested that the car be picked the day after the order was placed, now she is complaining about the charge, I guess that is a good one.
We did not charge for other items that she signed for and had no intention of doing so.
The contract and the website disclose everything and people should read them and if they do not understand should question it.
There were no hidden charges everything was disclosed in the contract that she signed and supposedly read, she never asked any questions about the contract.
