This customer booked and order with us, in the mean time he booked the same order with several other companies, I guess this is the way that this customer handles things, he does not care who it costs money as long as he gets what he wants, this is why we charged him the $100.00 cancellation fee, which he can use as a credit for a period of 1 year.
It is not the thing to do once we assign a trucker and the trucker due to this person loses a car, which sometimes he cannot replace, in this economy this just does not work.
We paid the $100.00 to the trucker, since he could not find another car to replace this one.
