Contracting with this company was series of errors, headaches, stress, and unforeseen costs. Although they were the cheapest, the low price point is not worth the frustration.
First they picked up my car late. Richard (owner) never bothered to tell me what arrangements he made for pick up so when the scheduled pick up date came I had no idea if somebody was actually doing the pick that day and when. They didn't show up until the next day.
Then the delivery was several days late. Richard refused to return any calls and emails when I asked for a status. Luckily the actual carrier was responsive. They were and also appalled at how Fleet Express would also not return their call. They explained how the promised delivery date was in no way reasonable and that Fleet should have never promised that date. I had to extend my rental car several says at my cost.
I understand that issues happen, but instead of working through the issues with me, communication was a black hole. To this day Fleet has not returned my calls or emails and explained what happened or even offer an apology
