Chester, the pickup person, was always in contact prior to getting our car. . Andrew drove down to Atlanta and was mindful of schedule. Contacted our daughter on the receiving end and delivered the car happily and safely AND IN GREAT CONDITION. There was a blizzard here in NY at the time of the pick up so we were a bit delayed, but they did their best to be safe. Did not depart until roadways were all clear.
Would use this carrier again and would recommend highly.
