I recently had a contract with Fleet express to pickup my vehicle in Ohio, to be transported to Washington. I called a few days in advance to get an approximate pickup time, I was told between 9-5 pm. I called the day before for a better window and I was told between 3-5. The day of the pickup I called to verify it would be from 3-5. I was told she would call the driver and have him call me. I never received a call. I called kimberly back to check the status, I was told she was on the other line with the driver and she would call me back in five minutes. After 20 minutes, I called her back and she once again told me she was on the other line with the driver and her manager and she would call me back in 5 minutes. After 15 minutes I called back again, it is now 3 oclock pm. She did not answer, I called back 3 more times with no answer. I left a voicemail stating I may need to go with a different carrier if she can not answer the phone. I received a call back from her screaming at me, telling me how annoying it is to receive so many calls when she is trying to work and that she was cancelling my order, then hung up on me. So I was left with no service, my car still sitting in ohio at 4 oclock on friday afternoon.
Needless to say, horrible customer service. I will be reporting to the better business bureau.
