I spoke with Kim almost a week in advance she told she would have someone for sure to ship my vehicle for today 4/5. i called the day before to confirm and she said yes everything is a go the driver will be there Thursday 9-12. I called today and she now says that they dont have a driver after she had told me they did!! I had been calling almost every day to confirm and she would tell me yes!! Now when i tried calling from my cell phone which is the number they have on file it would go straight to voicemail after i blocked my number or called from my jobs number it would coincidently go through!! I went with them because i saw good reviews but i was warned by another company that they are a new company. If they didn't have anyone they should have said it from the beginning since i stopped looking after she told me it was a sure thing!!!

I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO SHIP BY A CERTAIN DATE THEY WILL JUST LIE TO YOU AND TELL YOU YES WHEN THEY DONT HAVE ANYONE!!!

We never charged this customer, this customer is not even in our system. we have no recollection of dealing with this person
