I dealt with Eugene, I think - (Irish accent) and he was professional and helpful from the initial call. I got about 8 responses from an internet search for an auto transport, and while they were not the absolute cheapest -he was able to explain very clearly the how and why of the process, and what was needed to do in order to ensure a smooth transaction. The driver was very polite, communicated through phone and text, and was on time as promised. If I need to ship the car back again, I will definitely use them again.
