I have received a quote $850.00 and spoke to Brian on the phone and asked why it's the cheapest (should have known too good to be true) and he responded because we want to be competitive. I scheduled it for Monday for pick up. A week before my pick up I asked to have the pick it up over the weekend instead because I would have a ride since I live downtown Jacksonville. The weekend came, no one called and Brian said he is trying hard to get someone for me, but if not this weekend Monday (my original date of pick up). Monday came no contact...I had to call them constantly and they do not answer their phone calls or when you leave a message you have to constantly call them to get through to someone. They told me to contact the transporter, transporter Jose told me he can't make it on Monday...now I'm upset cus my flight is the next day and I have to find someone that I trust with my car. Anyway, the next day in the morning I called again Jose told me the truck broke down...excuses, excuses, excuses!!! He said he will call me back right away...well he never did. I had to contact the broker Michael and he said that he will try hard to find another transport...never heard from him until the last 10 minutes before I board my plane to California. He said there will be someone there tomorrow afternoon to pick up your car. This morning...I called Jose...so guess what he said...another transporter Jefferey will pick up your car but not until tomorrow...tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow! This company is not trustworthy at all!!!! I had to dispute my refund with my credit card company cus no one returned my phone call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! I went with another trustworthy company! Don't trust a word they say...I don't this is a real company at all.
