I ordered the transport on February 21st, was invoiced on February 23rd and was told that they would have the car picked up within 7 business days. Today is March 12th. I have called them and the first time they said that they needed to check with dispatch. Second time they said that they would have to check in the other office. They left me a voice mail stating that my car would be picked up today for sure and it still has not been picked up. Moreover, their site said that they would be charging a deposit of 200.00 but it took the total amount of the quote without prior notification. I am okay with paying for the entire bill upfront if they would come close to what they promised!
UPDATE: As I was writing this they called me and said that they can not say for sure when it will be picked up, can not give me week nor day nor even month. He said he is 95% sure it will be this week but he cannot say when. I have advised that if it is not done by Friday that I will be pursuing legal action.
