this is not the situation that had occurred. There was never a lack of communication. We were also with in our 7 day contract period that the customer agreed to. The paid in full is a courtesy we offer to the customer who would rather pay on cc then cash on delivery. as far as the accusation that she had to track us down to cancel is not correct either the day she canceled the order her credit card was refunded immediately. Customer was cussing and swearing upset about the whole situation and we held ourselves accountable working with robin at late hours in the night via cell phone.
