I am very particular with my vehicle. When arranging the transportation of my vehicle, I wanted to have confidence in the company arranging the transport and with the carrier itself. I contacted a couple of companies before selecting First Rate Auto Transport. From the start, First Rate gave me confidence and assured me that they utilize only the highest quality carrier. My rep at First Rate Auto Transport was Nicole. She carefully explained their criteria for selecting a carrier. I selected this company well before my move date. Nicole provided frequent contact with me as the date approached. She was very responsive to my emails and any questions. She informed me of the pickup date and drop off date. The trucker was in excellent condition and had an easy and risk-free loading/unloading mechanism. The driver was very thorough, and it was clear that he was very careful with the vehicles that he was transporting. My vehicle arrived within the estimated time and in perfect condition. I highly recommend First Rate Auto Transport for arranging any vehicle transportation and it was an absolute pleasure working with Nicole.
