Like many other people, I did my research before choosing a transport service. I submitted multiple requests for quotes through different companies to find the best deal. First Rate Auto Transport was the lowest and at a great price $100-$200 cheaper than the others, so I began to scour the internet for reviews and customer ratings. When I first saw that this company had 5 stars and tons of reviews I thought they must be fake reviews made by the company to boost their ratings. I decided to give them a try anyway. This company called me after they sent a quote by email and I got to speak with Chris. He was very professional and polite. I did not feel pressured at all, like some of the other calls from other companies. After Chris told me I didn't have to pay anything up front and that I would pay carrier upon delivery I felt confident enough to book a truck. Chris had a truck for me the very next day, on a Saturday, and my car was delivered on Sunday. After I signed the contract, I was prompted to give my credit card information for the $125 booking fee, and I had to pay the driver $250 upon delivery. However, I was not charged the $125 until after delivery was confirmed. The car arrived in 1 DAY! The drivers called me several times along the way to update me on where they were and accurate arrival times. They used a two tower professional truck. I will definitely be using them again, and for now on. I am not a fake review.
