I had a very complicated shipping order. I was in Alaska and my vehicle was in Florida. It had to be trucked to Kent, Washington and then put on a barge for the rest of the trip to Alaska. Although it took a little longer to get to Alaska than I wanted it to, I would definitely use First Rate Auto Transport(FRAT) again. Mario Fabozzi, the agent at FRAT, worked tirelessly to make the transport happen for me. He explained the process very clearly and was very upfront about how the process would work. He also stayed in constant contact with me to answer any questions and to check that everything was going smoothly. The vehicle arrived within the time that Mario told me that it would. The outside of the vehicle was dirty due to being on an exposed transport truck across the country, but it was otherwise undamaged in any way. The truck drivers were very courteous when they picked up the vehicle in Florida. The people at the pick up site in Alaska were very patient and courteous, as well. But, working with Mr. Fabozzi was the most positive part of the process. He went the extra mile when he didn't really have to. He made me feel like HE AND I were shipping OUR vehicle instead of making me feel like a customer just shipping another vehicle. The $300.00 fee charged by FRAT was well worth the peace of mind that Mario gave me. I would certainly use FRAT again and will certainly recommend FRAT to anyone I hear of shipping a vehicle.
