First rate auto was on top of this from the moment I placed my order with them. It was great feeling taken care of by their shipping services and it was different than what I was expecting after reading many negative things about this industry and seeing it first hand. I had brokers yelling at me because I was asking too many questions, but chris patiently answered everything I needed (even though I was a little over bearing ;) ) THANK YOU!!!
