I'm giving this company a 5 star rating because they really deserve it. Erika was one of the best phone reps I've dealt with throughout my entire life providing a friendly relationships with a lot of laughs every time I spoke with her. It was great dealing w/ somebosy I could actually build a relationship with. As far as the transport goes, she was very knowledgeable about the industry and the way it works and was crystal clear about the process. She was above and beyond anything I could have asked for and will use again on my return trip
