After doing extensive research on auto transport companies, I chose First Class Auto, which has an A rating with BBB. When I called to make the reservation, they had the carrier on the other line arranging for the car to be picked up while I was waiting. Carrier arrived on time to pick up auto and it was delivered the next morning an hour before scheduled. Since this was my 1st time shipping an auto, Josh D. explained the process and followed up to make sure the auto was received when promised. Super customer service!
