When I called to accept the price they quoted me Josh Dollar immediately tried to raise it $50 after they had just sent the quote. When I told him I had other bids I would go with then he put me on hold to "contact the driver" to see if they could honor the price since I told him I needed a GUANENTEED price he came back and said "ok". I just didn't like starting off like that. Then Josh never returned e-mails or faxes which made me even more suspicious whether my car would be picked up or not. I then called and left a message and thankfully Stan returned my call saying Josh was out ill for several days. In the end Stan was very nice to work with and got the job done. However, the driver pitched a fit about picking up and delivering "Door to Door" which is what First Class Auto said their service included. The driver said you had to have special licensing to provide that service or he could get ticketed and he did not have it. So if seeking the services of this company make sure to ask specifically if the driver they hook you up with actually DOES deliver Door to Door.
