On 7-15-2017, I authorized and received Order# 10230-VK to transport my truck from ME to MA. First Class sub contracted my service request to a 2nd carrier. Truck was delivered on time with no issues.

Starting on 09-04-2017 and ending on 09-21-2017, First Class Auto Transportation Group Inc., charged my credit account (4) separate times for (4) separate amounts for services that I never requested, authorized or received.

My Bank is investigating these charges.
