The driver was great...the customer service Josh Dollar provided was absolutely horrible and I would never use again nor would I recommend this company due to that. The car was picked up a week after we were "assured" it would be. Josh was rude to me...we only finally received decent service when we contacted another person there.

In this case there was very bad weather in the Minnesota area , I did advise the customer on what was goin on , She was still upset , However I did offer her a discount on her move. Thank You Josh
