If you want your car to be picked up when you need it without the hassle. I was using another company prior to them that promised me a pick-up on time and they weren't there. I called First Class and Jordan made sure that my car was picked up right away. They also provided me with updates through out the transport. I felt comfortable with them. I'd only ship with First Class:)
