Did not honor the original $895 quote, because I contacted them a week after I received the quote.
My new quote was $995, but he called me back in a few minutes with a lower quote ($950) along with a next day pickup.
The pickup was delayed by a day, but overall a positive experience considering that I waited till the last minute before finalizing the logistics for my car.
