It could not have gone better from start to finish. Alan picked up the phone on the first call and explained all the details and process up front. I had a very tight pick up window in Florida which he admitted would be difficult. Inside of a couple hours he had a willing driver but needed to wait til the next morning to finalize the paperwork. The next morning HE CALLED ME because HE was not comfortable with the driver's paperwork and had another driver that he was sure was right for the job. The driver showed up on time for the pick up (which I could not be there for) and was slated to deliver in 3 days. The driver called me on the way and said he could be a day early if I was available. I even changed the address on him and he was happy to adjust. Everyone was nice, professional and accommodating AND delivered early. What more could you want?!
