This was my first experience in having an automobile shipped. The first company that contacted me made promises that they did not keep. Once they received my reservation fee, their customer care department did not return phone calls. I had to call repeatedly and was fortunate on an occassion or two to speak with a representative, only to be told that someone would call me that day to pick up my vehicle. Unfortunately, it never happened. It was then that I called Alan Gold from Federal Auto Shipping, who diligently worked on arranging for my vehicle to be transported in a timely manner. Mr. Gold was extremely helpful, and if I ever need this type of service again, I would contact him, and recommend his services to anyone who needs vehicle shipping. .
