Communication not the best!

I did my homework and looked at all the reviews. I decided to go with Fast Track Auto Transport due to their good reviews. However, they ended up not being the company that transported my vehicle. Save On Transport was the actual company that Fast Track sub-contracted with. If you read Save On Transports reviews they are terrible. This was not explained at the time I placed the order. Also Fast Track charged me $200 to place the order and then Save On Transport charged $412 at time of delivery. I specifically asked Fast Track if my son needed anything on delivery and they told me no, that my credit card would be charged. Well guess what, Save On wanted cash on delivery. Luckily my son had a credit card available and was able to handle without much hassle. Be sure to ask the company that you are hiring if they will be doing the transport. I have learned my lesson. Not only that, I would have asked more questions if I knew how the process really works. One good thing I can say about Fast Track is they are very friendly on the phone. Not sure I would use them again with the lack of communication.

Hi Barbara, I am sorry that you felt the communication was off in refferance to your move. In no way does Fast Track ever offer itself as the actual mover. We always explain that we are a broker and will call you with the dispatching information and the name of the company and driver we have selected. Save on Transport has a 99.9% rating and have no negative reviews so I do not know where you saw negative reviews. We have never taken full payment by credit card, It has always been COD at time of delivery. Everything should have been explained to you at time of booking as well as all the information you received and signed for in your contract. If there was a misunderstanding, I do appoligize and hope that you will give us the opportunity to help service a future move and show you that we are who we say we are.
