Joe was actually the first person that I talked to and he took the time to explain in detail how the process worked. Although I got a lot of quotes and talked to several other companies I came back to Fast Track because they gave me the most transparency and the best quote of all the top rated companies. The day after I signed the contract Joe called to let me know that a driver would be in touch the next day. The driver picked up the car in the morning and was on his way. In less than a week the car was delivered to my very grateful daughter for exactly the negotiated price and in perfect condition.
I'm sure that even Joe can't guarantee that every move will work out as perfectly as ours, but he sure made it look easy. Nothing but positives from this satisfied customer!
