Unbelievable Service!!!

I was contacted by Lily a few days prior to my move date since my job gave me such short notice. She gave me a very in depth explanation on how the industry works. She told me what to ask when speaking to other companies and what to look out for. She did not pressure me into scheduling my reservation with her at that moment. It only took me a couple of more phone calls to realize that the only person I would be speaking to again was Lily. I told her I needed the car picked up on a certain day but she said she wasnt like the other companies and could not promise me that unless I paid the driver an extra $400.00 which in her opinion was not worth it. She requested I give her a 3-4 day window but made a not of my prefferance day for pick-up and told me she would work hard to get it picked up on that day. Well, a few hours later I received a call from Joe letting me know that they had found a driver for the day I wanted and that my car would be there 3-5 days later. I almost couldnt belive it since the last person that moved my car the previous year took almost 3 weeks to get me picked up. Lily was not the cheapest, but not the the most expensive either. I must say it was the best extra $75.00 I could have spent. The car was pick-up without a hitch and the delivery was just as smooth. The driver (Ralph) was so courteous and in touch with me the whole way. I would recommend Fast Track to all my friends and family and suggest that anyone looking for an honest reliable company use them as well. Once again I would like to Thank Lily and the whole crew at Fast Track for making this move completely hassle free... And as promised, as a token of my appreciation, You will be receiving that gift basket as promised!!
