I wish I'd have found this site before attempting to book with these people. I called and was guaranteed by phone, that I would have a shipper assigned within 24 hours, so I authorized the $150 deposit. Fast forward, my card was charged $200. I called the next day and asked for the $50 refund, still didn't get it. Got a run around that the email wasn't working, they don't have a billing department, etc. etc. Also, asked about my pickup, and they said there are NO GUARANTEES. I talked to Terry every time, and emailed as much as possible to get my stuff in writing. She "had email issues", and never replied.
I started asking Terry about the reviews online, since after 2 days, I hadn't been booked, and have read horrible things, and she said that people are idiots and she's just a booking agent.On day 5, I still hadn't heard about a shipper, so told them to cancel the order and refund my money. Terry began yelling at me on the phone and interrupting, so I eventually hung up on her. Still no car pickup and now I'm out $150 or $200 AVOID THESE CROOKS!!!!
