I recently had to ship my Audi A6 from Louisiana to Gary Ind around the dates of 04-3-14 to 04-08-14. At first I was having hell shipping my car I got so many quotes and different brokers started calling me and telling me all kinds of things some of the brokers went so low to make me there customer they even bad mouth Fast Track Auto. (Shaun from A #1 transport.) I became stressed out and from reading previous reviews I didn't know what to believe. I decided to stick with Fast Track Auto and I am glad that I did. As Long as u respect the employees that work there and communicate with them they will do there best to get the job done. Honestly my dad and I kept changing dates and changing locations on where the car was going and Andrew still worked with us. He didn't avoid us, was straight up with us and was very polite each time we talked. To be honest the negative comments from others don't let that discourage u from choosing this company. I learned that Any of these companies can screw u, lie to u, and sell u a dream price. I also learned that if u have open communication with the company u are going threw and let them know what is going on at all times u will have a better outcome. Also, be careful on getting to many quotes because once u get put on the Board u as the customer become a bid to the drivers to see who can get the best price. ( All the transpiration companies go threw the Board to find the driver) Furthermore, I have another vehicle to ship from Indiana to California and my dad and I will be using Fast Track again. Thanks again Andrew for the Fantastic customer service. 👌
