I hired them Nov 9 to transport my car from Omaha, NC to Greenville, NC. Even called them back after they emailed my the order number and conformation to ensure everything was good. I was told if they had any issues that they would contact me. Contacted them Nov 18 by phone to find out if everything was a go and was told they hadn't contracted a driver and it would cost another $125 to do it. Reading other reviews this is a standard procedure for this RIP OFF ARTISTS. I'm stuck and need to get my car moved and will deal with them through every internet review available as well as the Better Business Bureau. I'm retired so I have nothing else better to do then hold them responsible for RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF.
