These people are completely incompetent of giving good customer service. I would pay more money to use a different company, do not waste your time. I canceled my order in the end. The guy couldn't even give me the correct pick up and delivery address, which he should have in his computer. He also charged me an extra 15 dollars becasue he said, it would look good on paper. What ever that means??? When I called to check on the status of pick up, he said the car will be picked up today. They never showed. When I called back the next day they said, sorry but the price is too low, we will have to charge more. End of the story this is a horrible company to use. Who ever hired those employees must not care too much about making money.
