this is what I got from the carrier....passed it on to the client...he ok'd it....we collected our deposit for a completed dispatch...

by saturday mid day we had collected and figured this was a done deal...once I was away from anything we got the other email with a reschedule request. But it wasnt good enough for the customer because he was upset about waiting around all day saturday for the pick up....Fast Auto movers is a middle man going by what the drivers tell us they are going to do...we are not behind the wheel or work for the truckers...

So who's making up Stories here....it didn't take 2 weeks and we cant refund money until it clears in our system...sometimes 48-72 hrs...he called on the 12th to cancel and he got his money back as soon as we could...Sorry the driver had to reschedule...but the car was going to be picked up tuesday...but Joe was not ok with that and requested his money back. they Still could have provided the service.
