It was nice dealing with the car transporter directly and not having to deal with a broker. I had a 60 day window to pick up my car so I wasn't in a hurry. Company called within three weeks of signing contract with an estimated pick up date. Driver Glen, was very professional and called an hour before he arrived. Very knowledgable loading process. Delivered car one day later than anticipated but car was in excellent conditions with no problems. They did want an extra $100 for guaranteed top load which I was able to negotiate to $50!extra. Our car is a soft top so I didn't want it underneath a car that was possibly dripping any fluids. All in all it was a good experience. I had emailed and called a couple of brokers and did not like dealing with them. I would recommend this company.
