My experience with this company has been horrible. They did not pick my car up when they said they would. I have to secure another transport service and rent a car which cost me more money and it now they are being very slow processing my refund even though they told me it would process over two weeks ago. The owner hung up on me when I started asking him questions about my refund and said he didn’t want to hear what I had to say. I hired a vendor who did not perform the service I paid for and they refused to refund my money in a timely fashion and he doesn’t want to hear what I have to say! No apology, no customer service! Use Montway...they were great!
