The driver said he would call me 24 hours in advance before he came to pick up my car and never did. He called me when he arrived to the pick up site and was waiting for me because I was 30 minutes away from the pickeup. Once he took my car he said he would call and let me know when he would arrive and he never did. Every time I had to call him and find out where he was because he would not return my phone calls. Once my car arrived it was covered in a black tar. The people I spoke to did not want to listen to my concerns and were rude. I would NEVER use them again!!!!!
