FHT was okay. The pick-up and drop-ff drivers were very efficient and handled my car with car.

I do think, however, it would help for them to better gauge pick-ups times. There was a lot of back and forth between me and the carrier. They might want to consider picking on the cars and then taking them to a loading dock area to prepare for the cross country try versus, bringing the full 18-wheeler to take the car. It would allow them to better estimate pick-up time, which would be more convenient for customers.
