Please be aware that all dates and times for pick-up and delivery are estimates. We are very clear about this during our initial call to each and every customer. Furthermore, customers are notified 24 hours in advance for both pick-ups and deliveries. If you are unavailable or do not return our call, we will take the car to the terminal that is in closest proximity to the customers destination address. We mke every effort to accomodate our customers and work with their schedules and fortunately for us, the majority of them realize that delays can occur. This is also stated in our terms and conditions.
