Car damaged by FHT.

First of all they made a promise to deliver the car within 8-10 days... the actual delivery was 16 days it was delayed about 6 days.. their driver was so rude that he even told me that if i am going to make a hard time on him he will not deliver my car.. what a shame. his name by the way is Hamid. When I received my car finally after16 days, it was totally damaged, It was leaking with oil... we found out that day when we went to DMV to change the registration of the car and for a smug test.. the mechanic from the smog test told us that there is a strong leak from the oil pan.. we went to another mechanic to have it checked and we found out that there was a big cut in the oil pan and the mechanic noticed adhesive epoxy applied to where it was leaking. I called FHT company to report what happen but instead of helping me fix the problem the guy named Armand who i believed is their Manager point the finger on us, he said it will never be their fault because they've been in the business for so long that they know what their doing. We have a copy of their Bill of Lading which indicates their findings prior to their transport indicating that there was no damages when they received the car. The car was in their position for 16 days. Therefore they broke the car and their not admitting it.
I will never recommend this company. The customer service was so bad, the people are nasty and not helpful with their customers instead without any investigation of what really transpired they blame it right a way to their customers.
