Terrible Sevice!!!!

I had my car shipped from Maryland to California and it was a big mistake. They picked my car up with the promise of door to door service. They picked my car up about 2 weeks late charging and extra $150 for an "out of the way pickup - so much for door -to-door. Once it was en route, I called for an ETA. It is in the agreement that they will contact you 24 hrs in advance of drop off. They did not follow through. A man who claimed to have my car did not. I contacted the office only to have them fight with me and lie to me time and time again. They make you give them the money with no guarantee that youwill get your car. They operate in a very shady way. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone nor would I recommend shipping your car in general. It was a horrible experience all around and terrible customer service.
