The experience was positive. It was picked up at a Walmart close to my house in CA and was delivered to FL to a local shopping mall very close to my home. It could not be delivered to my door since the roads were not wide enough for the transport to manipulate the vehicle. The driver was in constant communication with me. I found the car in the condition that it was when sent. The time frame for pick up and delivery was exactly as FHT had promised.
I will defiinitely use ths company again. The office staff was informative and very easy to work and communicate with. I have recommended my friends to them. Joanne and Suzanne were always available for questions and information. The price was fair considering the cost of gas at that time. An order and tracking numbers were available to me and were used by me via my computer. I recommend FHT Auto Transport for their excellent service and good/fair price.
