This was my first time transporting my cars across country. When I started I had a strict time limit and the other carriers wouldn't work with me. They didn't tell me what and when a carrier will contact me. The steps were very blurred and I ended up not having my cars shipped on time. So I finally contacted EZ Auto and had a response along with Mike. The quote was reasonable and lower then other brokers. I was driving a cross country. Yet Mike was very attentive and have me several options to confirm and review the shipments. Then the driver who took my order was attentive as well. He worked with my mother in law since I wasn't there in NC. Then he worked every way he can to get the cars and shipped them on time. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Cars arrived dirty but it was expected for an open carrier.
