Jessica is rude, they do not give you any notice. Received a call telling me my car was bening picked up in 3 hours, and I need to go home and sit for 3 hours in the middle of my work day.

Then was told by the driver as Jessica refused to speak with me that pickip would now be at 6pm.
Was hung up on, and the pick up never happened. Driver and dispatcher did not answer any further calls.
