How I wish I had known about this site before the transporter, Wayne Webster of Webster Services in Arkansas, contracted with this company to ship my car! The delivery was late, the car delivered down the street, in the dark, and was completely filthy. After having the car professionally washed by hand, we saw the damage on the bumper. A body shop confirmed that the damage was due to shipping. The cost of the repair is $1434.37. The lesson here is two-fold: never use this company (look on the sites listed below), and never sign for a car unless it is light enough that you can actually see the paper and the car has been washed so that you can see any potential damage.
