I would highly advise avoiding this transport company. They are very kind to you on the phone which definitely installs a unjustified level of confidence in this company. My experience went all downhill once they were paid. Their subcontractor gave me 30 minute notice for the auto pick up instead of the 12 hrs which the company stated they were supposed to do. Their subcontractor also dropped the car off in the middle of the night with no one signing for it. My car incurred severe mechanical damage which both Express Transport Auto and their subcontractor is refusing to pay for. It took them several months to even begin addressing the issue. I was stunned by the complete disregard Express Auto Transport had for their customers. This is not a company you want to entrust with your vehicle.

Ms. Lee's order was subcontracted to Quick Tow, Inc. in Maryland and delivered to her location in San Francisco, California. Ms. Lee contacted our office regarding a damage claim on 1/23/07 and notification of the claim was transmitted to Quick Tow on 1/24/07. It was explained to Ms. Lee, at the time she filed her claim, that mechanical malfunctions are excluded under the Terms & Conditions supplied to her at the time she placed her order, and that such exclusions are the same for every carrier. Nevertheless, our Claims Department instituted an investigation into the matter to ascertain if the damage was a result of negligence by the carrier. A review of the Ms. Lee's account indicates that our Claims Department addressed issues related to her claim on twenty-three occasions, and reimbursed her for vehicle rental fees totaling $244.39 incurred as a result of the inoperable condition of her vehicle. Additionally, the claim was referred to Network Adjustors in Denver, Colorado who dispatched an adjustor to San Francisco to inspect the damage. As a result of the inspection, the claim was denied based on the "rust and corrosion" condition of the part involved. Express Auto Transport regrets any inconvenience to any customer, and will make every effort to address any claim promptly and professionally.
