Vehicle was ready for pickup 05/15/10 deposit was made on 05/13/10. Pickup time was quoted as 1-7 days from NC to MN. After 7 days I called for an update. Was advised to add $75 to the COD to expedite pickup.

Called on day 13, left message with customer service rep who said Cathryn would call me back the next day. No return call. Called again on day 14, said they are working on a driver still. Customer service is fair at best, depends on who you get on the phone. Angela was of the most help. But still have not been succesful in dispatching a driver to pickup my vehicle.

I will update this review as things progress. Considered cancelling order, but they keep $50. Still waiting and praying for a pickup. If you need your car within a month or two, stear clear of this company.
