Car was delivered days before I received notification that the vehicle was even picked up by the transport driver. I received an e-mail notification fully one week AFTER the vehicle was delivered.

Vehicle was picked up from seller within projected pick-up window. Vehicle was delivered quickly.

Vehicle did not have engine or transmission, thus had to be rolled off trailer. Driver did not seem equipped to perform this function safely as he parked his transport trailer on an upslope which caused the vehicle which had no functional brakes to roll off the transport trailer at excessive speed causing minor injury to the two people helping off-load the vehicle which rolled over thirty feet off the trailer prior to being brought to a hault by a very brave teenager - elsewise, this runaway rolling vehicle would have smashed through someones house down the street. Two sprained ankles, one knee brace, one wrist brace and a replacement pair of shoes later...

Other than letting the runaway vehicle loose on a downsloped road, the driver was friendly, corteous, prompt and communicated very well with multiple calls to update progress while in transit.
