Original order and quote was done online, but the dispatch confirmation notice showed the vehicle as operable instead of not running as ordered. I called customer support and they were helpful, explaining that the online order form does not always get the vehicle running/not running status correct, but the truck had to be re-dispatched and the cost was $ 200.00 more than the online quote because the vehicle was now listed as not running. No big deal, but it did cause a several day delay in picking the vehicle up. I received email notices that the truck was dispatched, but didnt have any more communications until the driver called the day before delivery. Vehicle was delivered a day later than the estimated date, but that is also understandable. Overall, I would use this carrier again.
