The company that Express Auto Transport sub-contracted for this load blew their engine on the way to deliver Joe's truck, along with 6-8 other vehicles. Joe was made aware of this fact and Express worked with the carrier for quite a while getting this situation resolved. The carrier eventually actually paid for an inspection of Joe's truck during the down time to ensure it was in the condition that Joe had contracted for when he bought the vehicle. We apologize this situation occurred during transport, but in no way did Express intentionally mislead Joe in any way- -we worked tirelessly to keep him updated and informed throughout the entire process. The simple truth is every transport does not go as smoothly as we would like, but it is clear that Express did all it could for Joe.
