I strongly urge anyone trying to ship a vehicle to NOT, I reapeat DO NOT use Express Auto Transport. I cancelled my order after they took a month to "attempt" to find a carrier. I paid in full $1399 upfront thinking this would speed up the process, boy was I wrong. My money was never refunded and I havent recieved a phone call or email explaining why. I even filed a claim with the BBB and after reviewing their website found that Express has 184 complaints against them 76 of which are over refunds. How are they still accredited?How is ebay even still recommending them? Its obvious that they are a dishonest company because they are even connected with a bogus scam according to BBB. Im taking it upon myself to call them everyday and harass them until I get my money returned. I see no need after several cordial attempts to play fair. So Mr Keith Hollingsworth and the staff of Express you have a problem on your hands. Hopefully youll resolve it the right way. Ive seen other individuals post reports about this poor excuse for a business only to be responded to by Mr Hollingsworth with mediocre claims about individuals being "troubled" and saying that claims are false. When in fact Mr Hollingsworth and his staff are the ones who are seriously troubled if they think that all consumers will just take their attempts at blatant robbery lying down. Its funny how they can respond to try to save the name of the company but not to take care of the consumer. I strongly urge that no one use his services or believe any claims he has that situations are the customers wrong doing. People have been paid to submit good reviews so please dont believe the hype.
