I put my email address in one of those on line requests. Before I knew it I had thirty people calling me and requesting to give me a quote. I decided to go with Express Auto Transport after speaking to Cat. I continuted to receive calls from other transport agencies. Some told me horror stories about how my vehicle will never get picked up for the price that Express Auto put it on dispatch for. They told me that it would be picked up late or not at all. This scared me. I contacted Cat at Express Auto and voiced my concerns to her. She was upset that companies would scare me into canceling and going with them. She was very understanding and knowledgable and put my mind at ease. My vehicle was picked up the very first day of availability by George with Trail-East Trucking. He was a fantastic person! I can't say enough great things about him. He even watered my plants that I had in my vehicle for me! My vehicle was delivered on time and with no damage. All that worrying for nothing. If you are looking for a reliable transport company, look no further. Express Auto will take care of your needs and for a MUCH better price then their competitors. I received quotes for $200-$500 more than what I paid at Express Auto. Thank you Cat and George for making my experience a good one!
