time before getting assigning transporter

Not Completely your fault,the customer was extremely nervous about the amount of time for the delivery. It was an internet deal. I had some trouble getting in touch with Melissa. I had to send afew emails and several phone messages before I got a response. But closer ti the 7day deadline she was more responsive. When I do use you in the future if you are having problems getting a shipper. Please keep me informed. Because when I am dealiing with these internet Customers. They are at rthe best uneasy. Because of all the internet scams oout there. So I need to be able to keep the informed about the status of there shipment. It is difficult to keep them calm when you can't give them a honest straight forward answer. Why their vehicle has'nt been shipped.I have used your company before for vehicle shipment and found the service great.
